Thermal Oil Boilers

Thermal Oil Boilers

TIPO Thermal Oil Boilers are designed for high-temperature process heating applications where steam or hot water systems are not suitable. Thermal oil is used as the heat transfer medium, allowing operating temperatures of up to 300–350°C without the need for high-pressure operation — a reliable and stable solution for industries requiring precise and consistent process temperatures.

Operating Principle

TIPO Thermal Oil Boilers operate by heating thermal oil, which circulates through a closed-loop system and transfers heat to process equipment without the need for high-pressure operation.

  • Fuel is burned in a high-efficiency combustion chamber, ensuring maximum energy utilization.
  • Heat is transferred to the thermal oil.
  • A circulation pump delivers the heated oil to process equipment before returning it to the boiler for reheating.
  • Advanced controls continuously monitor temperature, pressure, and burner operation, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient performance.

Key Benefits

  • High Operating Temperatures – Stable and efficient heat transfer without high-pressure operation.
  • Energy Efficiency – Optimized heat transfer for lower fuel consumption.
  • Safe Operation – Eliminates the risks of high-pressure steam systems.
  • Long Service Life – Robust construction for continuous industrial use.
  • Low Maintenance – Simple design with reduced operating costs.
